The Mini wears Thermory Benchmark thermo pine cladding in Dark Grey StoColor® Dryonic®: a high-performance facade finish developed for exposed outdoor conditions. Its microtextured surface helps moisture move away quickly after rain, fog, or dew, with facades designed to dry far faster than conventional paint systems. UV-stable colour technology helps the dark exterior remain cleaner, sharper, and more consistent over time. Beneath the surface, impregnated base beams, mineral and rock wool insulation, EPS, foil vapor barrier, windproof fabric, integrated support legs, and a bitumen honeycomb roof system give the cabin its all-season discipline. Body size is 2450 x 2050 x 2600 mm, with a roof-included footprint of 2450 x 2050 mm.

The Mini’s lighting is built into the architecture: a heat-resistant RGB LED backwall engineered for 30,000-40,000 hours of reliable mood lighting, two LED strips behind the backrest, one under the upper bench, and outdoor terrace mood lights. All LED lighting is dimmable by remote, allowing the room to move from clear daytime heat to a deeper evening atmosphere.
